To anyone who has seen the 1983 classic gangster film Scarface, he was a very dark character, but as anti-hero we willed him on to win his battles with other gangsters. Even at the end when he was surrounded by armed men and he comes out of his office with a large assault rifle, we still wanted him to survive, despite the fact that he was evil. Mario Puzo’s Godfather was another example of a set of anti-hero’s without an ounce of decency or normality. And yet we want them to be the most violent and come out on top in their wars with rivals. The Talented Mr Ripley was also a dark character filed with jealousy and unable to relate to people; to fit in to the point that he kills his good friend rather than be expelled from the group of friends he’d got used to. What is it about anti-hero’s which sees us rooting for a character we would not want around us in real life? We invest in characters when we read novels. We invest time and energy into following their lives and end longing to ...

I had a vision this morning (31st Dec 2016) of Donald Trump at the Whitehouse Podium completely losing his cool. He was shouting and insulting someone who had annoyed him. He was spitting as he spoke, and jamming his finger into the side of his head, whilst saying that his opponent was mad in challenging him or doing/saying whatever it was that they had done. It was unclear, but I think it was a foreign head of state that he was insulting, possibly Putin. Sometimes I have dreams that seem like a precognitive dream, but aren't. One such dream is that I was in the White House during the celebrations with Hilary Clinton, as she becomes President. I sat next to her with members of the press and some of her advisers. I was trying to talk to her, but I was interrupted. But I also seemed to whisper something to her. I don't remember what. I was then in the garden smoking with some of the kitchen staff, when some members of my family joined me and then we went into a dining hall and sat down to eat fried chicken and coleslaw on a buffet table. I had a different experience with Trump however. As I have written in an earlier post, I had a vision way back in the mid-nineties, of Trumps face and a voice saying 'this is the enemy'. I am 60-70% sure that the face I saw was Trump, as he was back then. This would imply that he wins the Presidency and goes on to create trouble which leads to an apocalyptic event, maybe a war or some ot...

A lot of people and cultures have predicted the end of time. It could be the end of the life giving properties of planet Earth, via some catastrophe or series of catastrophe's. Or it could be the end of human life and the beginning of another kind of life. Or could be some apocalyptic end of the universe where the universe as we know it ceases to exist. No-one knows how far along we are on this time-line. There are three types of time, when we talk about the end of time. The end of our time and the end of the human species, where we have created the conditions of a large catastrophe, by destroying the life supporting mechanisms of the Earth and we are unable to survive in some space craft or by colonising a different planet. That time-line is thin. We have been around for roughly 100,000 years, with only ten thousand years of intelligent life, where we developed culture, agriculture, money, democracy etc. Then there is the time-line of planet Earth of roughly four billion year...

I have always dreamt about the demise of the leader of North Korea, whether it was Kin Jong-un or his father. This afternoon, I dreamt of Kim Jong-un, being flung around a large wide industrial canal. The canal was serene and quiet, with no ships and a large bridge across it with no traffic on it. Kim Jong-un was being thrown around within the canal, both into the water and across it by an unseen force. It then showed a God-like figure riding along a path on the back of a stag and on each side were rows of reindeer who would lie down one by one in unison on either side, as this God-like figure passed. I did not see the face of the man travelling on the stag. The Apocalypse and the True Nature of God http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B014T4XEZA

Dream - 26/05/2016 - I was driving home up a hill. When I arrived at the top of the hill I could see a cascade of flood water and a car in trouble ahead. The network of single track roads across a plain, were being washed away. I turned round through the flood waters and began to drive back down the hill. The flood waters got so deep that it picked up a camper van and moved it around a swirling torrent. I turned off this road and into a school. In the school I found children and volunteer disaster management wardens, and elderly people gathering there from a nearby old peoples home. I spoke to some of the wardens, as the flood waters gathered around the school. This dream could be a prediction of flooding in the UK, probably this summer - addition: 03/06/16 - days after this dream, massive floods have hit France and Germany. I've been watching a new TV series called Damien, based on the film The Omen. In it he is made aware of the fact that he is the Beast predicted in the Bible. Way back in 1997/8 I had a hypnopompic vision (a kind of waking dream) where I was shown the face of a man, and then a voice said 'this is the enemy'. I was a regular at church at the time and 'the enemy' is either the Devil or The Beast in his human form. I only have an almost twenty year old memory of this face and I have been on the look out for this man. Sometimes like an electronic picture file, there is more information in an visions than just the image and sounds themselves. There is feelings and intuitions as well. I felt at the time that this man was American and he was from a family of privilege. Many people in the US believe that The Beast will be European, that he will try to create and run a 'world government'. That he will somehow know who he is. None of these aspects are necessarily t...
